This isn’t theory, nor something learned in courses or at school—it’s my personal experience. I’ve faced anxiety and panic attacks more times than I care to count. When a panic attack strikes, it hits hard. You know exactly what I mean.

The Only Way Out is Through

I created the Method because it was the only possible path. Panic attacks and anxiety cannot be avoided—to overcome them, you have to go through them. What did I discover, and how does it work?

With the tools of the Method, we identify the moments of fear from the past. We recognize the triggers that cause panic attacks in the present. Using logic, analysis, and critical thinking, we organize the chaos of memories, sounds, and sensations into a clear picture that transforms from a memory into an experience.
